Hi! My name is Roxanne, I am the front desk manager and a chiropractic assistant. I take care of front desk duties, like greeting you when you come in, answering the telephone, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, explaining insurance benefits, liens and our privacy policies. I also assist with therapies, developing x-rays and whatever else needs to be done to help youstart feeling better and stay that way.

Hi! My name is Brenda and I am the office manager at McConnaughy Chiropractic Clinic. I have lived in Carterville for many years with my husband and two children. My main goal at McConnaughy Chiropractic Clinic is to make billing and insurance as "painless" for you as I can. I am usually upstairs, however, you will find me helping out at the front desk from time to time. I am also a long time patient of Dr. John's and know first hand how wonderful chiropractic makes you feel. Come in and see us!

I am from Carterville. I'm a mother of five wonderful children. I have eight beautiful grandchildren. I love spending time with family and friends; and I'm an avid sports fan.I was in banking for sixteen years before joining Dr. John's staff. I enjoy working here and they have made me feel at home.If you have a problem give us a call. We will do our best to help you.
